Cancellation Policy
Summer Exploratory 2012 Cancellation Policy – Tuition Only
All withdrawals need to be made in writing and submitted to Giselle Cunanan at gcunanan@newschoolarch.edu. Please include your name, mailing address, email, and reason for cancellation.
Withdraw on or before June 18th for a 100% refund (minus the $100 nonrefundable application fee).
Withdraw between June 19 and July 2 for a 50% refund (minus the $100 nonrefundable application fee).
Withdraw after July 2, no tuition refund. Students that apply to the program after July 2nd must pay tuition in full and are not eligible for a tuition refund. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing refunds based on method of payment.

Summer Exploratory Cancellation Policy – Package with Housing
We are pleased to offer a shared housing package for our Summer Exploratory program. All bookings and payments must be done directly with Giselle Cunanan, Summer Exploratory Coordinator.
Summer Exploratory Shared Housing Package (age 16 and up)

Payment Due Dates
50% Housing Deposit: $852.50 (due June 13th)
Remaining balance: $852.50 or paid in full (due June 22nd)
Total cost of housing: $1705.00
All housing cancellations must be submitted in writing to Giselle Cunanan no later than Friday, June 22nd for full refund.
