NEA Report Predicts Growth in Architecture Jobs

Job growth for architects expected to grow faster than the average rate Thinking about becoming an architect? You could be in high demand in upcoming years. A new report by the National Endowment for the Arts details how landscape architects have among the highest projected job growth rates among artist-related occupations. Job growth for general architects is also expected to expand at a faster-than-average rate, according to the report, while growth in the graphic arts field is expected to continue at an average rate. The NEA jobs report, based on 2008-2018 data and projections from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, includes the following employment highlights:
